Our 3 month in depth program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools to become a confident and competent fertility educator for both those wanting to either avoid conception or achieve it. By becoming a Natural Contraception & Fertility Awareness Teacher, you will play a vital role in empowering women and couples to take control of their bodies, their cycles and make informed, aligned, and supported contraceptive or conception choices
This program includes two semesters, 10 modules of in-depth group study, covering topics from the history and evolution of the menstrual cycle, contraception and fertility, to the effective use of natural fertility awareness methods to avoid or achieve pregnancy, and preconception care. Our focus is on Incorporating a holistic approach to reproductive health, emphasising the importance of overall wellness and self-care of both individuals and couples.
As a Natural Contraception & Fertility Awareness Educator, you will be able to identify fertile and non fertile patterns, menstrual cycle imbalances in your clients and support them in naturally transitioning off hormonal contraception. We also equip students with a practical understanding of all contraceptive methods, including; the Billings Cervical Mucus Method, BBT temperature method, rhythm method, and more.
One of the most significant benefits of becoming a Natural Contraception & Fertility Awareness Educator is the ability to support clients with fertility and/or infertility challenges. Natural Contraception & Fertility Awareness Educators are a great first step before IVF, supporting clients and couples into better knowledge of their overall individual menstrual cycles and fertility patterns. This course also covers important insight and teachings into 2nd Ovulation, Spontaneous Ovulation & Lunar Fertility (Natal Fertility), as well as basic information on preconception nutritional and lifestyle care and support.

This training program is for those not only certified as Menstrual Cycle Coaches with Cyclical school, but also graduates from other cycle coach schools or those that work in the women’s health field. From naturopaths, acupuncturists, health coaches, nutritionists, doula’s and midwives etc.
