Become a Certified Menstrual Cycle Coach
2026 Cohort Begins June, 8th
Enrolments open May 4th, 2026
This Cyclical course has been amazing. It exceeded my expectations and defiantly provides the insight into the core foundations that are required to becoming a coach but also our very own menstrual cycle genius!
It’s comprehensive to say the least, from business to cyclical wisdom l’ve found it dripping in rich, extensive and super useful tools and techniques. I’ve found myself excited to compete each call along with the material and remained focused throughout. I’ve found the call recordings useful when pausing the conversation to write notes. On some calls l’ve written over 8 pages! I’m really enjoying the work and looking forward to integrating it all. Thank you, l know you’ve poured your heart and soul into this. I’m grateful that you’re sharing your heart felt work with us and inviting us all to fly the flag of empowering many other menstruaters together. Again thank you for being an incredible leader and role model.
Abigail Swift, Australia
Hailey Johnson, Australia
I have gained so much from Cyclical School, but most importantly the balance between how sacred your cycle is and how to bring that into a very science based society.
I said yes to Cyclical School because of the gap I felt between “medical professionals” and woo woo methods of healing your cycle and I really got slapped in the face with these differences within the world of pregnancy, birth, postpartum and breast feeding. And what Jema has created is truly and deeply what I was calling for. I said yes to this work because a fellow Australian was making waves in the menstrual river of revolution and I wanted in on it! She is not only extremely knowledgeable about the cyclical natures of women but all things health and body. I felt lost in my body when joining cyclical, I felt disconnected because I was 3 months postpartum, meaning I hadn’t had a bleed in over a year! Jema thought me and gave me the tools to teach others how to be connected and listen to my inner self with out the monthly report sheet.
I felt called to learn and be able to teach more about the power of the cyclical living and empower menstruators with cycle knowledge – which made me sign up for Cyclical School
When I started living and nourishing myself in tune with my menstrual cycle, my whole life transformed for the better. Being a fan of Jema’s podcast, I knew her teaching style would be just like her: down-to-earth, honest and fun! And it was. The Guest Teachers were amazing, the business module really helped me to gain clarity on who I want to serve with my work – it helped me manifest my LGBTQ2+ and BIPOC inclusive practice. I really enjoyed learning alongside many amazing menstruators, educators from all around the world and love being part of the “menstrual movement” we create together. This empowering work is so needed in a patriarchal world that shames us for having periods, dismisses period pain, PMS & Co and does not teach us how to take care of our menstrual well-being holistically. If you feel called to empower menstruators worldwide & are ready to learn more about yourself and your future business, then Cyclical School’s Level 1 course is for you!

I had a deep craving to learn more and be equipped with the tools to coach them so naturally when Jema announced about Cyclical School, I didn’t hesitate to sign up, even though I knew I would be traveling and moving during the running time of the course.

A year ago I would never have dared to say that I would like to coach women and today I am a certified cycle coach.
Cyclical School gave me the knowledge I needed to help others on their journeys toward better menstrual cycle health but even more than that, it gave me the confidence to step into my true authentic self.
Leslie Draffin, United States

Cyclical School dives into areas where standard coaching certifications lack. It acknowledges the power of our subconscious beliefs and how they can impact our expansion in coaching and business. The content inspires students to develop themselves, their ideas, their visions, so no two student experiences are the same.
I went in to Cyclical School with one established business. By the end, I’d closed it and opened a new one that allows me to go all in on menstrual cycle coaching. I was so inspired and fired up, and I feel so in alignment.
It was brilliant to learn about menstrual cycles and coaching as well as business. It was such a well rounded course. Getting to practice coaching three different people was invaluable, it really gave me a confidence boost and felt like a safe way to hone my coaching skills. As soon as I received my certificate I felt confident enough to open my coaching books straight away.
The other women on Cyclical were incredible and I’m blessed to have connected with them, particularly my amazing coaching buddy. Jema is full of brilliant examples and analogies that really help to bring the subjects to life. It was a bittersweet moment when Cyclical finished, I loved being in the container learning with Jema and the others, but also ready to get out into the world to spread the word and change some lives!

Cyclical School helped me tap back into my own ancient wisdom of who I am, and where I want to go.
The power of the female body and the way that living cyclically can benefit all areas of your life. The cyclical teachings of the four pillars of health have helped me understand the influence that all of these factors play on the overall health of the person and their cycle.
Amela Kaleiyas, Australia

I would say to others thinking of taking this course, do it. I gleaned so much incredible and useful information, made a brilliant community, and got essentially a great mentorship to kickstart this business journey. And even if you’re iffy on coaching, do it anyway, do it for you.
The connection I now have with my cycle. The understanding of the seasons and rituals to build a deeper connection. The power within my cycle! Like far out! We are never taught that. Also embracing the feminine energy in such a masculine world. I could go on for ages. There is so much more to our cycle then just our bleed!
Stacey Greenslade, Australia
Jasmine McBride, Australia
