Refund Policy

Super simple stuff

… it’s very simple. 

All of your payments—including deposits, trials, events, coaching or course payments are non-refundable.

 

Why?

Two reasons.

Firstly, we don’t sell tea towels.

We sell online products and trainings, that are full of over a decade of our knowledge, experience and time. All which also comes with hours of our hands-on help, time and energy.

And none of these things can be returned.

Secondly, because I know from personal experience how easy it can be to second-guess yourself and your instincts.

How those little voices can pop into you head and talk you out of doing “scary” things (when you know those scary things are going to help you achieve your scary goals).

How easy it is to say, “Oh, no, I don’t really need this”, “I probably should keep trying to DIY it for a bit longer” or “Eek.. I’m so busy! Oops! Changed my mind!”

So I’m doing the thing you are paying me to do.

I am helping you to keep your commitments by putting my foot down and saying, “Nope. None of that. You’re here to grow, change and embrace a new direction with your health.”

If you buy a ticket to a Beyonce concert and decided not to go cause you’re feeling unwell, it’s too far a drive, you couldn’t find a babysitter or your work schedule changes, and you don’t go. You stay home. You miss out.

 

Are you going to write an email to Beyoncé and ask for a refund? Hell no.

Beyoncé ain’t refunding your money just because you decided not to show up, or mismanaged your schedule, or whatever.

That was your choice.

I believe you should always treat others how you would like to be treated.

Respect your time. Respect mine.

And respect the decision you already made, to invest in yourself, your health and your future – Period. (no pun’s intended)

In saying that, we also understand that life can sometimes throw us curveballs, so the following payment and cancellation policy applies:

 

Refund Policy

In accordance with Australian IP laws, refunds, cancellations and transfers are not possible for any online courses, or content where it is delivered electronically. Please note that where you have downloaded our IP it is not possible to refund you. The learning system denotes all activity and we can clearly document the transfer of IP. In downloading our material you are then in possession of our property and we CANNOT refund you.

Specific product and service related policies are listed below, however for all products and services, no refunds will be given for any fees and purchases if:

  • you have simply changed your mind or decided you no longer like or have use for the purchase
  • you discover you can buy the goods or services more cheaply elsewhere
  • you have damaged the goods by using them in a way that was unreasonable
  • No refunds available after service has been delivered
  • Cyclical School may also allow purchasers to transfer to different services of an equal value, however not all circumstance will be granted transfer.

 

Online Products, Courses and Programs Policy:  No refunds available after sale or payment has been completed, or after start date.

Workshops and Events Policy:  No refunds or ticket transfer after sale has been completed. Tickets are not transferable for workshops or live events.

 

1. MENSTRUAL CYCLE COACHING COURSE REFUND POLICY:

1.1. All course programs require a non-refundable deposit of $700 AUD or higher (total deposit amount outlined on course contract) in order to begin. These policies are effective as of the time you submit your deposit or register for Cyclical School – 

1.1.1. Course registration may not be transferred to another person

1.1.2. No refunds are provided for services already delivered

1.1.3. No refunds available once course has commenced

1.1.4. If you decide to terminate the course at any stage, all payments to date will be forfeited automatically with no refunds or transfers available.

1.1.5. All sessions must be completed within the allocated time period agreed at commencement. The time permitted to complete sessions can be extended for up to 6 months in the extenuating circumstance of being deemed unfit to participate for more than 12 months by a certified treating doctor.

1.2. Request for refund of 50% of the total amount of services not yet rendered minus the deposit can be made in the case of extenuating circumstances such as a terminal illness exceeding 12 months by a certified doctor.

1.3. In the case of extenuating circumstances, clients must submit the necessary supporting documentation and request via email to admin@cyclicalschool.com.

1.4. Reviews and potential refunds under extenuating circumstances may take up to 4 weeks to process.

1.5. All refund requests will be considered however even with doctors certification there is no guarantee that the refund will be approved.

1.6. Refunds or cancellations if approved will incur an administration fee of 50% of the fee/s paid in the provision of the service, content or goods.

 

2. DIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP:

The below applies to partial scholarship recipients, please review the full scholarship terms and conditions here.

2.1. A non-refundable deposit of $250 AUD or higher (total deposit amount outlined on scholarship contract) in order to begin. These policies are effective as of the time you submit your deposit or register for Cyclical School – 

2.1.1. Scholarships may not be transferred to another person, deferred or postponed

2.1.2. No refunds are provided

2.1.3. If you decide to terminate the course at any stage, all payments to date along side the scholarhsip will be forfeited automatically with no refunds or transfers available.
