Yes. I'm beyond excited to bring to you a course that will certify you as a Menstrual Cycle Coach upon completing and submitting course criteria. This course is an IICT Training Provider (International Institute of Complimentary Therapies and IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) approved course certifying course graduates in 38 countries around the world.

This entire course is delivered digitally and virtually online. All lessons, classes, lives, coaching calls, and materials are delivered via Zoom live stream. Additional resources and, worksheet and assessment will be provided in downloadable in PDF form. Course calls will take place on Zoom and via Facebook Live, with replays available for all classes for the duration of this course.

Approximately 3-5 hours per week. This course is made up mostly of live online teaching calls via a virtual classroom which is conducted weekly throughout each of the 3 phases of the course. It's recommended to schedule 2 hours into your week at minimum to join our live class or watch our class replays. Outside of this, the course also includes partner exercises, coaching calls and encourages self-study which can add additional 1-3 hours to your weekly course time.

No. This course is for both those starting out as coaches as well as those already working as either coaches or in other healing modalities. I've specifically designed this course to support both those already in business, as well as those just starting out.

I want you to get the most out of this course and become a fully equipped coaching. It's why this course includes 2 x one on one mentoring sessions with Jema. Additionally, I'll be leading and conduct all class calls. For additional support I am available inside our private Facebook Group.

Having a menstrual experience at some stage of your life will support you in both understanding and integrating this work to coach others. While it's not necessary to be currently bleeding during this course. Having a personal knowledge and experience in menstruating is essential.

No prior cyclical knowledge is required. It's also not necessary to have worked with Jema in a course or one on one it can benefit you in advancing your learnings throughout the Cyclical course.

Maybe. There are no set dates for future Cyclical courses at present. If you wish to join future rounds or find out when dates may be released, please join our waitlist.

No. It's important to be clear that this training course does not include or teach natural fertility. This course does not certify you to teach others on natural contraception or natural fertility awareness methods.

Yes there will be a training manual/workbooks that will apply for each semester along with other handouts here and there. Many people like to write so you'll be able to print these if you wish or use them electronically to follow along.



All of our calls are all recorded live and available for replay within 24-48 hours, with students from all over the world we host calls in different time slots. Because of this there will be some classes that students may not be able to attend in their normal awake hours. Class times are equally spread across 10:00am AEST and 6:00pm AEST.

The course is completely virtual and all classes are recorded so if you're unable to attend a class there will be replays available for the length of the course (6 months). Outside of the classes there will be LOTS of support inside our Facebook group daily at all hours. Please note a Minimum 40% attendance of live calls is required for certification criteria.

Yes there are assessments conducted during the course and a Final Assessment that includes 3 practical assessments. The course assessments are designed to be completed in conjunction with each module's workbook. You'll receive guidance and teaching on assessments topics/questions in the live classes. All classes are available for reply.



This course is not tailored to a specific or any religion. While may talk briefly about different religions' approaches to the menstrual cycles in Q&A however it's not something that will be ‘taught’. Why? Because everyone is allowed their own spiritual beliefs and to be a coach (purpose of this course) religion preference do not matter, all taught coaching elements can be applied to any religion with tweeks here and there.

Yes. Through our partnership with Wellsome.com and our ongoing dedication to global menstrual cycle awareness for menstruators of all ages and circumstances we are able to offer 2 scholarships per Cyclical Course round. These scholarships are offered to women and those whom identify as women who are either indigenous, of colour, have a disability, from a developing country, at-risk or from the LGBTQ+ community. Recognising the Traditional Owners of the land on which we live, learn and work locally and globally we offer scholarships to indigenous women as a priority. If you would otherwise be unable to attend, you may learn more and apply for a scholarship here.

Yes this course is certified and associated with IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists). After you've received your certification you'll be able to use this with Insurance companies to apply for coaching insurances for your business. We will cover this inside the course.

*Regardless of where one lives in the world if they complete the course and receive certification from this course they will have the skills to coach on the menstrual cycle.
