Fertility Awareness Educator Training

Empowering Practice through Fertility Awareness & Natural Contraception

Fertility awareness is an empowering approach that revolves around understanding the menstrual cycle and recognising the body’s natural signs and rhythms. It’s a method that allows individuals to track their fertility by observing various bodily changes across different phases of the cycle.

At Cyclical School, we believe in empowering practitioners to better serve their clients’ reproductive health needs. Our Natural Contraception and Fertility Awareness Course is a transformative 4-month program designed for practitioners looking to enhance their practice by delving into the realm of fertility support and contraception.

Our course is centred on empowering practitioners with comprehensive knowledge and practical tools to support individuals and couples in navigating their reproductive journeys. We emphasise not just understanding the menstrual cycle but also guiding practitioners in identifying fertile and non-fertile phases accurately.

The Essence of Fertility Awareness Teaching

Fertility awareness teaching forms the core of the Natural Contraception & Fertility Awareness Educator’s role. It encompasses an array of responsibilities aimed at educating and empowering individuals and couples to comprehend their reproductive health. Here’s a closer look at what this teaching entails:

Comprehensive Education

As a fertility awareness educator, the primary objective is to impart comprehensive knowledge about the menstrual cycle, fertility signs, and the implications of these on fertility and contraception. This education covers the physiological aspects, empowering individuals to understand their bodies on a deeper level.

Individualised Guidance

Recognising that each person’s reproductive health journey is unique, educators provide tailored guidance. This involves assisting individuals in identifying their specific fertility patterns, understanding how to track and interpret fertility signs accurately, and navigating their cycles confidently.

Contraception and Conception Support

Fertility awareness educators play a pivotal role in guiding individuals and couples toward their chosen reproductive goals —whether it involves avoiding conception through natural methods or actively seeking pregnancy. They offer insights into fertility windows, optimal timing for conception, and effective natural contraception techniques.

Addressing Misconceptions

In a landscape where misinformation about reproductive health abounds, fertility awareness educators debunk myths and clarify misconceptions. They provide evidence-based information, promoting a deeper understanding of fertility and contraception that goes beyond conventional wisdom.

Continuous Support and Guidance

The role of a fertility awareness educator extends beyond imparting initial knowledge. It involves offering continuous support, clarifying doubts, and being a reliable resource for individuals and couples throughout their reproductive health journey.

Collaborative Approach

Educators often work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, bridging the gap between conventional medical practices and natural approaches to reproductive health. This collaborative effort aims to provide holistic care and support to clients.

  • Menstrual Cycle Coaching Certification: Combines in-depth cycle education with practical coaching skills and business development through a unique three-pillar approach. It integrates both the science and sacred aspects of cycle work, equipping you to support clients through all phases of their Menstrual Cycle while building a sustainable Coaching Career. This is the world's first accredited Menstrual Cycle Coaching program, recognised in 38 countries.
  • Natural Contraception & Fertility Training: Utilises a unique four-pillar method—nutritional, physical, emotional, and energetic/spiritual support—rooted in evidence-based practices.
