Your certification, recognised in 37 countries and accredited by IICT (International Institute of Complementary Therapists), equips you to guide and support others with depth, confidence, and wisdom.
To receive your certification as a Natural Contraception & Fertility Educator, you must complete:
- Attend minimum 40% of live teaching sessions via Zoom
- View all course recordings and teaching materials in full
- Complete and submit all course assessment criteria
- Participate in all allocated partner practice sessions
- Pass the final course assessments

Course Delivery
During the two semesters, you will cover 10 modules that are delivered digitally via a secure video livestream, with additional audio and downloadable resources in PDF form. Course calls will take place on Zoom and via Facebook Live, with replays available for all classes for the duration of the course.

Live call times:
We host one call per week throughout the 4 months.
The call times and days alternate roughly every 3 weeks, between;
either a Monday or a Wednesday, AEST.
Call times also alternate between one of the following times each week;
10am – 12.00pm Brisbane AEST (12:00am GMT and 6:00pm CST)
6pm – 8pm Brisbane AEST (8:00pm GMT and 2:00am CST)
All classes are recorded and available for replay throughout the course operation.

Meet Jema
Head Teacher & Cyclical School Founder
A devoted expert in women’s menstrual cycle education, Jema Lee has spent over 16 years guiding and supporting women to confidently connect with their intrinsic cyclical nature. Inspired by her personal journey with PCOS she went on a comprehensive training quest in Women’s Health, Natural Fertility Methods, Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Psychology, Nutrition, and Wellness Coaching. This knowledge and wisdom has equipped her with unique tools that bring menstrual cycle education to life. Through one-on-one coaching, online courses, intimate events, and retreats, she’s empowered menstruators across 30 countries to embrace their cyclic wisdom.
Known for her integrity, warmth, and no-gimmick approach, Jema makes period education FUN! Her teachings are refreshingly down-to-earth and analogy-filled, helping to make the complicated stuff practical and easy. Our training combines evidence-based methods with our unique 4-pillar method—nutritional, physical, emotional, and energetic/spiritual support. We follow a midwifery model that prioritises client autonomy and continuity of care, teaching you to honour both the science and sacred nature of this work.
Yes, this is a distinct certification. While our Menstrual Cycle Coach training focuses on coaching and cycle awareness, this program specifically trains you in natural contraception methods and fertility awareness. The two certifications complement each other but serve different purposes.
Our courses are not tailored to a specific or particular religion. While we may talk briefly about different religions' approaches to the menstrual cycles in Q&A's this is not a topic that will be ‘taught’. Why? We encourage our students to have their own spiritual beliefs and to be a coach or educator (purpose of this course) religion preference do not matter. All taught coaching elements can be applied to any religion with tweaks here and there.
This course is ideal for:

This course is not suitable for:
- Looking to clinically diagnose or prescribe

Looking solely for menstrual cycle coaching certification (we covered this in a separate course)
Having a menstrual experience at some stage of your life supports both understanding and integrating this work to support others. While it's not necessary to be currently bleeding during this course. Having personal knowledge and experience in menstruating is essential.
If you are a non menstruator who has interest in Menstrual Education knowledge, note we are working on a self paced CPD approved short course for everyone.
No prior cyclical knowledge is required.
While prior experience with natural contraception isn't required, we believe the most effective educators are those who embody the wisdom they share. If you're still menstruating, you'll be encouraged to explore natural contraception methods throughout the course via our student buddy program. And if you're not currently cycling, we ask that you are willing to be passionate about advocating and respecting natural alternatives.
The course is 100% online, featuring:
- Weekly live Zoom sessions with replays available.
- Access to a secure online portal with video lessons, audio materials, and downloadable resources.
- A private Facebook group for peer support and discussion.
Yes, the course is fully virtual. While we encourage live participation, all sessions are recorded and available for replay throughout the course duration. We require a minimum 40% live attendance for certification.
Students can expect to dedicate approximately:
- One 2-hour live call weekly
- Calls alternate between Mondays and Wednesdays
- Two time slots: 10am-12pm or 6pm-8pm Sydney AEST/AEDT
- Additional 1-3 hours weekly for self-study and practice
All calls are recorded for flexible learning
The training spans 4 months across two comprehensive semesters:

Yes, there are assessments and tests conducted during each course, with Final Practical Assessments due on completion of the course.
Yes there are training manuals, workbooks and class notes included within all of our courses. These apply for each course's semesters along with other additional handouts here and there. Each of these are available for PDF and printable, alternatively you can use them electronically too.
Yes, this certification is accredited by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT) and recognised in 37 countries, providing you with credibility and confidence in your practice.
To earn your certification, you must:
- Minimum 40% live session attendance or watch all replays.

Yes, all 3 of our courses are certified and associated with IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists). Once students have received their certification they'll be able to use this certification and register for Insurance and Association within the 37+ countries listed around the world. We cover the how's to this inside each course. We offer several payment plans to suit your needs:
- Pay in Full
- Flexible payment plans available in 3, 6, or 9-month instalments for early bird enrolments.
If you choose a payment plan after paying the deposit, your monthly payments will begin in the following month on the same date. Depending on your payment plan option, 3, 6 or 9 months, payments will be automatically deducted on a monthly basis for the duration of your payment plan.

We want you to get the most out of each of our courses and become a fully equipped educators and coaches. Each course offers both teachers, guest teachers and admin support. Yes, graduates join our global alumni community and receive ongoing access to our private Facebook group for continued networking and support.
