About This Level 2 Advanced Training
Level 2 is designed as an advanced continuation of your menstrual cycle coaching journey, created specifically for certified Level 1 Menstrual Cycle Coaches who are ready to amplify and deepen their practice far beyond foundational cycle work.
This condensed 3-month advanced certification program dives deeper into the energetic, emotional, and ancestral aspects of cycle work that few programs offer. You will explore shamanic cycles, red thread lineage, and advanced cycle support methods while developing confidence to coach clients with complex needs using energetic and spiritual cycle wisdom.
Who is Level 2 for?
This course is ideal for coaches who:
– Have successfully completed Level 1 Menstrual Cycle Coaching Certification and loved the experience, yet still feel a deep calling that there is more to offer their clients.
– Are ready to expand their practice and offerings beyond menstrual cycle foundations and take their coaching business to a new level.
– Want to deepen their awareness of how to transform a client’s health with and beyond the cycle alone, incorporating deep ancestral teachings and the energetics of an optimally healthy menstrual cycle.
– Are willing to learn in mastermind-style group environments and work collaboratively with others to strengthen the wounded feminine and globally re-awaken the cyclical bonds we as menstruators once shared.
Similar to Level 1, this advanced training will take you further along your own personal cycle journey whilst giving you the key steps to bring into your coaching practice. You will connect with menarche, menopause, earth cycles, and life cycles on a profound level, with lighter assessments and more space for experiential learning and peer support.

Our 2 Course Semesters
Semester 4: Shamanic Cycles
This semester is designed to deepen your cycle education awareness by completing the 4-pillar Cyclical Theory of a healthy cycle. Integrating with the energetic and emotional knowing that both contributes and leads to cycle imbalances. This semester will guide you into seeing the menstrual body in a completely new light and energy. Drawing in teachings from ancestral wisdom from multiple locations around the world, you’ll complete Level 2 with an even bigger confidence in supporting fellow menstruators.
Semester 5: Advanced Cycle Support
This marks our 5th and final semester over our 2 Menstrual Cycle Coaching courses that delves into the advanced ways coaches can support their clients’ cycles. Completing the 4-pillar Cyclical Theory with the emotional and energetic pillars, these 5 modules will guide you in understanding the menstrual cycle beyond the endocrine system alone.
What this course will enable you to do…
– Open your practice up to offering emotional and energetic cycle wisdom
– Support you in more easily identifying client cycle challenges
– Amplify your cycle tracking knowledge to a wider group of potential clients
– Teach you the basics of cycle shamanism
– Equip you with a deeper endocrine knowledge base and its relationship to other bodily systems
– Equip you to fully support cycle imbalances as a coach through the entire 4-Pillar Cyclical Theory
– Add new practices to your coaching sessions
– Awaken an entirely new understanding of sharing your gifts, passions and creating business from purpose over scarcity
What this course won’t do…
– Teach you natural contraception or natural fertility awareness methods (Course to come following this)
– Certify you in anything other than a Menstrual Cycle Coach
– Equip you to diagnose, prescribe or read hormonal imbalances, including blood tests
– Give you clinical in-depth biology of the endocrine system
– Launch a business for yourself, you’ll be doing this after completing the course
– Qualify you in TCM, Acupuncture, or Shamanism

Course Format:
Two online Semesters covering 10 modules.
All lessons, classes, lives, coaching calls, and materials are delivered digitally in a secure training hub via video, audio, and downloadable resources in PDF form. Course calls take place on Zoom and Facebook Live within our private Cyclical Facebook Group, with replays available for all classes.

Live call times:
We host one call per week throughout the 3 months.
The call times and days alternate roughly every 3 weeks, between;
either a Monday or a Wednesday, AEST.
Call times also alternate between one of the following times each week;
10am – 12.00pm Brisbane AEST (12:00am GMT and 6:00pm CST)
6pm – 8pm Brisbane AEST (8:00pm GMT and 2:00am CST)
All classes are recorded and available for replay throughout the course operation.

Certification Requirement Criteria:
Upon successfully completing this course training and satisfying the specified criteria outlined below, you will attain certification as a Menstrual Cycle Coach. Additionally, you will be eligible to join our esteemed Cyclical School Alumni Global Community, offering a valuable network for continued professional development and collaboration.
Criteria for Cyclical School’s Level 2, Menstrual Cycle Coaching Certification:
- This is a Live taught course, because of this we advise an attendance at minimum 40% of the Module and Live class Zoom sessions
- Listen to all teachings, including live class recordings
- Complete 2 short online Tests
- Participate in 2 x coaching practical ‘buddy system’ sessions
- Submit the courses 2 Final Assessments

You will:
- Explore shamanic cycles, red thread lineage, and advanced cycle support methods including body mapping and emotional timelines.
- Develop confidence coaching clients with energetic/spiritual cycle wisdom that few programs offer.
- Connect with menarche, menopause, earth cycles, and life cycles on a profound level.
- Engage with less homework and assessments, allowing you more space for experiential learning and mastermind-style coaching support.
Absolutely! The schedule is thoughtfully designed to support this integration.
- There is a one-month break over December and January, allowing space for rest and catch-up, especially as NCFAE operate January to May and Level 1 June to December.
- Level 2 runs from early November through December, overlapping strategically with Level 1's lighter semester phase (semester 3) where assessments are minimal, and buddy coaching is prioritised.
- Many students manage dual enrollment successfully, supported by a manageable course load and a focus on coaching mastery rather than heavy assessments.
- To support your pacing and balance, Level 2 recommends a minimum of 40% live attendance of calls, with all sessions recorded for replay flexibility.

- Level 1 runs from June to December with a light semester towards the end, providing space for Level 2 to run November to mid-December.
- The Fertility Course runs from January to May, with a December-January break for all programs.
- Level 2 classes are held once a week, alternating Monday or Wednesday, with two call times (6 PM and 10 AM AEST) to accommodate global time zones.
- A minimum 40% live attendance is recommended, allowing flexibility for students with busy schedules or overlapping courses.
- There is a break week in between Level 2’s two semesters for rest and catch-up.
- Alumni and current students are supported with online student portal, private Facebook groups and buddy coaching.
Yes! Level 2 recognises that there are different student types:
- Those currently studying and building skills.
- Coaches who have already launched but want to deepen their practice.
- Those needing extra mentoring or confidence to step fully into their coaching role.
The course offers practical group coaching mastermind sessions, technical tools, and peer support to grow your confidence and impact as a menstrual cycle coach.
- Expect around 2 hours for the live session plus 1-3 hours for study, practice, and assessments.
- Assessments are lighter than Level 1 to allow integration with other commitments.
- The course encourages a balance of learning, coaching practice, and self-care in a natural cyclical way.
- Successful completion of Level 1 Menstrual Cycle Coaching Certification is required.
- No clinical or diagnostic qualifications are necessary; this is a coaching certification.
- Having personal experience with menstrual cycles or identifying as a menstruator is essential to fully engage.
