10. The Well Woman Podcast

What it’s about: I created The Well Woman Podcast as a space where we can have honest conversations about the topics many people find uncomfortable. Yes, I’m talking poo, periods, and sex! After 18+ years in the health industry, I’ve found that these “taboo” topics are exactly what we need to discuss more openly to truly understand our cyclical bodies. Why I think you’ll love it: I approach each episode with the same philosophy I bring to my coaching: making menstrual education accessible, relatable, and (yes!) actually fun. Whether I’m interviewing experts, sharing personal stories, or answering listener questions, my goal is always to help you connect more deeply with your cyclical nature through practical wisdom and plenty of analogies that make complex topics click. Many of my podcast listeners tell me that the episodes on cycle phases helped them finally understand why they feel so different throughout the month. And honestly, that’s exactly why I started this podcast. I do it to help more menstruators recognise the power and wisdom of their cycles!
