I'm Jema Lee, a menstrual cycle and natural fertility educator, women's health and shamanic wayshower, Ayurvedic coach, and mentor to the educators. I'm the one people come to when they need real talk mixed with deep wisdom!

For over a decade I have woven science and soul to bring the ancestral topics that shape our lives out of the shadows and into the light of everyday awareness: periods, digestion and intimacy. Because honestly, these conversations have the power to change everything.

I've helped hundreds through my corporate and individual education programs. From boardroom breakthroughs to course container unveilings, each story reminds me why this work matters. Every menstruator I meet, every journey shared, brings that purpose home even more.

With 18 years in the health and wellness industry, I've seen how genuine change happens in the margins. It’s not always big revelations. It’s often in the dawning moments when someone finally understands their body's language and stops apologising for it, to when a workplace shifts from period shame to cyclical celebration.
